Our event was postponed 6 times and on the 6th date we are not able to make the event (we are lucky we could on the other 5!) Absolutely nothing they could do. Could not switch to the same event on a different night, or another event, or credit, or partial refund. WebbThere isn't anything stopping Ticketsonsale from finding comparable tickets and providing those instead. I too doubt they'll refund anything, and it becomes messy if it does get into a postponed or cancelled state in terms of where the money stands. This is more of a concern now than previously too.
