Yes it's an upgrade, the 7900XTX is slightly better than the 4080 by a couple of frames (so like barely anything lmao and the 4080 can be better is some games but 7900XTX wins more ig) I'd suggest 32GB of DDR5 (G.Skill Ripjaws at 6000MHz are good if you're looking for a blackout no RGB or low profile build).
